Take advantage of our "boutique" approach to estimating. We do a first principle or elemental take-off on every project we undertake, using live, current pricing from our builders across Australia. We work intimately with a number of builders to ensure that we maintain accurate supply and sub-contractor cost databases. We also have access to generic rates from industry cost guides and building cost indices.

Our traditional estimating services include but are not limited to;

Cost Plans

A cost effective way to determine estimated project costs and feasibility. Based on a trade summary break-down of a project derived from an sub-elemental take-off. This would suit a preliminary or concept level of documentation. This option will allow a benchmark for analysis of trade and supplier tenders.

Full Builder's BoQ

A more detailed approach than our cost plan using the first principle estimating technique. This will provide a quantified and rated break-down of labour, materials, plant hire, sub-contract works and preliminaries. More complete design documentation would suit this option. Your estimate will be provided as a dynamic Excel document that you can edit.
